SPRING + SUMMER TRENDS
"Red hair is always fashion forward and I wanted to give Shania a completely new look. Our goal was to challenge the standard of a classic red by putting a modern spin on it, fully embracing her texture. It's always fun to use a tone so cheerful and vibrant as
we move into the warmer seasons."
"The different tones used were designed as a way to bring forth natural depth in the texture. We added @Pure Pigments to give a brilliant reflection with complete morphing of tones in every type of lighting."
"Rather than following the trends of pop culture, I chose this look to show the most important trend of all: women embracing their natural beauty. We are no longer confined to the boundaries of straight and silky hair; we're free to show texture, volume and shape.
The woman wearing this new style can rock curtain fringe bangs, layers, and sass all the while feeling just as professional and beautiful."

"We chose to do an updo on Salem to give her the feel of having short hair without having to actually chop it off. It gave a little more edge to her style but kept the option of playing with length after."
"Spring is the best time to be a little more bold with your color! For Salem we wanted to keep her bright but give her more than just the average blonde."
"We did a smokey root shadow to give her more depth and a feeling of fullness at the root. Overall we wanted to create a very soft opalescent vibe so we kept her ends bright and added @Pure Pigments by Goldwell to create high shine and a more iridescent reflection."
"I loved that Shelbi was okay with going shorter because it gives her a fun, edgy vibe! The wonderful thing about this length is that it's easy to style when down but can still be thrown up into a ponytail. While her cut has minimal layers, after adding texture there is still lots of movement when it's styled wavy!"
"This look was inspired by Lady Gaga's Golden Globes purple pastel hair and the Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2019 show. To complement Shelbi's eye color and skin tone, I went with a shade of smokey pink.
Using Goldwell color, I started with a full foil then went back through and balayaged her ends (due to previous color). After processing, we went silver with icy toners and overlaid it with Goldwell Colorance pastel rose, plus 8 drops of both violet and red @Pure Pigments."

"We really wanted to keep Nicole in the long hair “family” to keep her in her comfort zone but give her hair more life with layers and texture for spring."
"We worked with the color where there
was more depth and lightness to carve and
create texture. She naturally has thick hair
so this also helped removed the weight and
gave it the movement and airy-ness
we were looking for."
BACK TO HOMEPAGE
We washed and conditioned Nicole's hair using
Goldwell Color Shampoo + Conditioner ($17.50 - $18.50).
We started with Evo Macguyver ($29) from roots to ends to build the
hold and texture. Then sprayed Color Wow Dream Coat ($28) section by section
from roots to ends for protection, shine and humidity resistance.
Once the blowdry was finished, we went through section by section
with Evo Builders Paradise ($29), spraying and curling.
To break up the curls we put a few pumps of
Oribe Matte Waves ($42) in to add texture and define the layers/texture.
We finished off with another spray of Evo Builders Paradise for hold.
For volume we used evo Root Canal ($29) directly at the roots
and then blow dried it for maximum volume.
We also used evo Head Mistress ($29) for heat protection and
evo Salty Dog ($29) to build hold and texture for the waves.
After creating waves with a 1" curling iron, we finished the look
with evo Shebang-a-bang Dry Spray Wax ($29).
To illuminate and maintain her blonde we suggest
Oribe Bright Blonde shampoo and conditioner ($48, $48).
Not only will this fight any yellowing,
it will reinforce the health of the hair and add shine.
We used evo Happy Camper ($29) to prep the hair, then used
evo Root Canal ($29) to build volume when blow drying.
Once dry, we added evo Haze ($29)
for added texture to give her a fun updo.
PREVIOUS LOOKS FROM YOUR EXPERTS
To achieve this look we used some of our favorite evo products:
Day of Grace ($29) to prepare and then blowdried with
Salty Dog ($29). We finished with Haze ($35) at the root,
working through the mid shaft, and finalized
with a spritz of Love Touch ($35) for shine.
